Volunteer
COACHES
All prospective Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Managers, must complete an on-line Intent to Coach Form to be considered for a Coaching position with Take On Sports.
If selected to coach a separate Volunteer Background Form must also be completed for all volunteers over the age of 18.
A NEW Intent to Coach Form must be completed for every sport and each new season. Coaching in one season or sport does not guarantee selection as a coach in subsequent seasons or other sports.

Buddy Volunteers
Buddy volunteers must register for each sport and each new season.
Buddy volunteers help make this a safe and positive sports experience for the athletes. Buddies are assigned to every athlete for every sport based on the need of the athlete and the experience of the Buddy
Youth buddy volunteers may start volunteering from age 10 and up. Adult buddy volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and must complete a background check.
Buddy volunteers should commit to volunteering the full six weeks of the league. Service hours can be earned by being a Buddy volunteer.
